Who is behind this conference?

Who are we? Both company partners have been involved in the collection industry for years.

Jack Gordon owned and operated a Michigan-based collection agency for several years in the mid-2000’s, then sold it at the end of 2008 to launch two successful companies that offer essential services to the collection industry – WebRecon LLC in 2009 and FDCPA Certifications in 2012. Incidentally, Jack was involved in exhibitor marketing for 16 years before getting into the collection industry, working for a Michigan theatre chain and then starting up (and selling) a successful cinema marketing agency.

Mike Gibb has spent nearly two decades working in the financial services industry, providing content via magazines, newsletters, websites, webinars, eBooks, and live conferences. He owns and operates AccountsRecovery.net, a news site for the collections industry.
