1) Sometime between now and the start of the event, go to https://app.presentationrecreation.com/jan2020-collector-live-registration/ and register your agency into the portal with the same email you used to register for the event.

2) It should bring you to a page that has our logo at the top and a big black box in the middle that either says “We are not broadcasting live at the moment” or you will see the production crew setting things up, depending on when you get there.

3) Check your email, it contains the link and a password that will allow you to log back in if you get logged out (or leave and come back). If you don’t see it right away, please check your spam folder.

4) IMPORTANT! Do not share your credentials with anyone else. The email address and password combination can not be used on more than one computer at a time. If someone logs in with your credentials from a different computer, it WILL log you out at the same moment.
