Dennis J. Barton III is the owner of The Barton Law Group in St. Louis, Missouri, which specializes in collection and defense services for members of the ARM industry. His firm represents collection agencies and creditors filing collection lawsuits in the states of Missouri and Illinois and also provides letter review services, consulting on compliance best practices, and defends agencies against consumer lawsuits nationwide. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Business in 1996 and the Washington University School of Law in 2003. He is the past President of the Missouri Collectors Association as well as the ACA State Compliance Chair for the State of Missouri since 2017. Beth is currently an Account Executive with State Collection Service, Inc. Prior to that, Beth was the Director, Training and Development at McCarthy, Burgess & Wolf. Beth has the TSP and CCCO designations as well as is a Certified Instructor for the ACA.
